SOTA Bul­letins are not the occa­sional mar­ket­ing newslet­ter that every­one else sends out. SOTAs are fresh knowl­edge cap­tured from the field — what’s really going on right now that you’re learn­ing and innovating.

Here’s how we work with you to pain­lessly extract and cre­ate your SOTA Bulletins:

For every one of your major prac­tice areas, on a quar­terly basis:

  1. We meet with your prac­tice area top team for a one day (or pos­si­bly a half-day) ses­sion, with as many of the mem­bers pos­si­ble live and face-to-face in one place. I use my highly acclaimed process to quickly extract knowl­edge. (Side ben­e­fits: We’ll inevitably find new dif­fer­en­ti­a­tion mark­ers, and develop some long-term mar­ket­ing strategies.)
  2. I dis­till what I have extracted into a SOTA draft Bulletin.
  3. The draft SOTA Bul­letin is cir­cu­lated to the group for com­ments and upgrades. I then cre­ate a final for group approval
  4. The SOTA Bul­letin is then dis­trib­uted by your orga­ni­za­tion to your clients and prospects. A sec­ond, inter­nal SOTA Bul­letin can be cre­ated for the rest of the prac­tice team to keep every­one up to speed on the state-of-the-art.
